It is time to start a new chapter in the starting point of the rest of my fabulous career. Knowledge is gained but only valuable if shared with others and improved upon. Relationships create the basis of substance but without hard work it will be dissolved rapidly. But with the hard work comes the payoff, the rewards of a fulfilling life. Relationships of all kind form the stress relieving rock we as humans need to cope with pressures of all avenues of daily struggles. There are many ways to deal with these pressures, we will discuss and view many avenues of the cause from an effective life style.
